If you have a flag of your service\, lets display them. \nVeteran’s Day parade (Downtown Mesa)\nNovember 11 9:00 am – 1:00 pm \nThe club will be meeting at the Food City (formally Bashas’) parking lot on the Southwest corner of Brown and Mesa Dr. at 9:00 am. From there we will travel together to the registration tent. Staging area 52 \nThe club should arrive at 9:30 am. at the staging area.\nUpon arrival\, travel south on Center Street. EVVP Staff wearing orange and yellow traffic control vests will meet you at the entry. This is where all vehicles will be checked for a valid license and proof of insurance along with receiving their staging number\, and where the Staff will direct you to your assigned staging location. Please keep moving until you reach your assigned staging location. If your group has multiple units\, it is strongly suggested that you meet at an off-site location of your choice to get your group together before entering the staging area. This will greatly simplify your staging process and work well for both you and the EVVP Staff. Turn left on Cheyenne Dr.\nGo to the end of the building turn right on W Blackfoot Avenue \nGo two short blocks and turn left on S Zuni Dr. \nGo 1-1/2 short blocks to W. DESCRIPTION:We will be meeting at 7:00 in the parking lot on the northeast corner of Idaho Rd. and Superstition Boulevard. 1001 N. Idaho Rd. Apache Junction. By the gazebo\, donuts provided. \nAt 7:15 we will drive south on Idaho Rd. to Apache Trail and go west to our parade staging area. We must be at our staging area by 7:30 AM. (Division 2\, Staging area 26) CLICK HERE for Staging Map.\nBring your registration and insurance. The parade starts at 9 AM.\nWe should finish the parade about 10 AM at which time the poker run will start. (Map will be provided at the parade)\nOnce we have made all our poker run stops\, we will meet around 11:15 at the Roadhaven Restaurant \n \n  \n

We are located ins the same area on the south side of the rodeo grounds. \nKen says he plans on being there around 8 AM.\nIt will be a potluck with the club providing Brats and Burgers\, drinks paper goods and utensils. \nThere will be portable awnings put up in case the sun is too intense. \nBring your own chairs. \nIf you bring a vehicle enter at the southwest corner off Lost Dutchman Blvd.\nIt will be free for those with cars. \nIf you enter on foot through the north gate there will be a $5 entrance fee. \nRemember to bring $ if you want to participate in the silent auction.
