You should plan on arriving at 5:30pm. We will have a meal\, a quick General Meeting and entertainment. Bring  your dancing shoes. It will be a fun evening. Ken will be putting out more information as time goes by. However\, he needs to know who is attending\,\, so we can make the final arrangements with the caterer. The club has elected to support the Toys For Tots program this year. The Toys for Tops program was started by the U. S. Marine Corps Reserve Program to help less fortunate children throughout the United States experience the joy of Christmas. So every person\, attending the EVMTFC Christmas party\, is to bring an unwrapped toy (cost should be between $10 and $15 dollars). DESCRIPTION:Check-in & Parade Route MapOn December 2nd the club will participate in the Apache Junction Light Parade. Plan to meet at Kae and Bill Allen’s for a pot luck meal at 3:30 PM. The parade begins at 7 PM (We should be in place\, lined up by 6:30pm). Everyone is invited back to Allen’s following the parade for refreshments. Kae\, says the potluck is for everyone\, even if you are not planning to drive in the parade. There may be some open seats for riders\, or just hang out till everyone gets back. Everyone\, remember to have a copy of your registration and insurance for review. \nWe will be staging at the same spot as last year (NW corner of Idaho & Old West).  Horse entries will go after motorized entries. Yea\, we don’t have to dodge the poop! The route will be the same as last year\, heading West on Old West\, turning around at Thunderbird\, and exiting on Idaho Road.  (This part is different from last year).  The itinerary of the Holiday Event have changed from last year necessitating this change. I have attached a map of the parade route. \nA special thanks to Bill and Kae for opening their home for us.

This event fills History Park (Kelley Park\, 635 Phelan Ave.\, San Jose\, CA) with stock antique autos\, fire equipment\, \nbicycles and motorcycles of all makes from 1900 to 1945. The featured vehicles this year are “Trucks\, the Workhorse of the 20th \nCentury”. Also located on the grounds will be the Early Day Gas Engine and Tractor Association. There will be antique crafts \ndemonstrated and antique collectibles displayed. Admission to the event is $5\, and free for participants and HSJ members. SUMMARY:The 35th annual Hillbilly Tour
DESCRIPTION:SEPTEMBER 6-10\, 2017 – Osage Beach\, Missouri.  The 35th annual Hillbilly Tour 2017 is a hub tour  \n        at the beautiful Lake of the Ozarks with many hills and hollers for your driving pleasure. Our opening meeting  \n        is a Hillbilly ice cream social where you can model your best hillbilly attire and compete for prizes.  We will tour  \n        the Versailles\, Lebanon\, and Mennonite communities\, take a tour photo\, have two lunch stops\, take a Lake of  \n        the Ozarks cruise\, drive your Model T over swing/suspension bridges and have a closing ceremony and dinner.  \n        These are among the many areas of interest and travel that is planned. As always\, our hospitality room will be  \n        available throughout the tour providing snacks\, refreshments and a relaxed\, welcoming environment to visit  \n        with old and new friends.  Due to truck and trailer parking limitations\, we will be limiting the number of cars to  \n        fifty so get your reservations in early.
