From there we will travel together to the registration tent. Staging area 52 \nThe club should arrive at 9:30 am. at the staging area.\nUpon arrival\, travel south on Center Street. EVVP Staff wearing orange and yellow traffic control vests will meet you at the entry. This is where all vehicles will be checked for a valid license and proof of insurance along with receiving their staging number\, and where the Staff will direct you to your assigned staging location. Please keep moving until you reach your assigned staging location. If your group has multiple units\, it is strongly suggested that you meet at an off-site location of your choice to get your group together before entering the staging area. This will greatly simplify your staging process and work well for both you and the EVVP Staff. SUMMARY:Veteran's Day Parade in Mesa 8:30am to 12:30pm
DESCRIPTION:The club will be meeting at the Food City parking lot on the South west corner of Brown and Mesa Dr. at 8:30 am. From there we will travel together to the registration tent. \nThe club should arrive at 9:30 am. at the staging area.\nPlease plan to arrive at 9:30am Upon arrival\, travel south on Center Street. EVVP Staff wearing orange and yellow traffic control vests will meet you at the Registration Tent. This is where all vehicles will be checked for registration\, title & license along with receiving their staging number\, and where the Staff will direct you to your assigned staging location. Please keep moving until you reach your assigned staging location. Once in place\, you will be directed regarding your start in the parade. \nThe weather will be perfect top-down temperature!

DESCRIPTION:Sat Dec 6th 4:00 pm potluck at Road Haven Golf and RV Resort 1000 S Idaho Road in Apache Junction. We will eat about 4.  We will leave park just before 6 to head to the staging area. We will not be able to turn left onto Old West Highway as we must enter staging area by going south on Idaho to Old West Highway. As we leave Road Haven we will head North on Idaho\, turn right onto highway 88 go around the roundabout and exit back onto 88 going south. Turn left onto Idaho to Old West Highway.  Turn onto the street. When we are all together\, we will get in line for parade.  Bring proof of insurance (this may not be needed as I submitted the club insurance policy information).\n\nEnter Roadhaven’s main gate and stop at the guard building to get in. \nProceed ahead on W Chippewa Avenue to the bell tower. Turn left on Cheyenne Dr.\nGo to the end of the building turn right on W Blackfoot Avenue \nGo two short blocks and turn left on S Zuni Dr. \nGo 1-1/2 short blocks to W. Pecos Dr and turn right.\nTurn into the parking lot on your left and park. The entrance to the building is in the west side of the building.

It is located in the area areas highlighted on the map. It is also available in the center of the road in the marked areas along the red line.
