The club will be meeting at the Bashas’ parking lot on the South west corner of Brown and Mesa Dr. at 8:30 am. From there we will travel together to the registration tent.

The club should arrive at 9:30 am. at the staging area.
Please plan to arrive at 8:30am Upon arrival, travel south on Center Street. EVVP Staff wearing orange and yellow traffic control vests will meet you at the Registration Tent. This is where all vehicles will be checked for registration, title & license along with receiving their staging number, and where the Staff will direct you to your assigned staging location. Please keep moving until you reach your assigned staging location. If your group has multiple units, it is strongly suggested that you meet at an off site location of your choice to get your group together before entering the staging area. This will greatly simplify your staging process and work well for both you and the EVVP Staff. Once in place, you will be directed regarding your start in the parade.

I have made reservations at Mimi’s restaurant for lunch. I told them we would arrive about 12:30pm. Mimi’s is located at 1250 S. Alma School Rd. Mesa AZ. That will be on the SW corner of Alma School and Southern. This is the same place we had lunch last year.
