The club will be meeting at the Food City parking lot on the South west corner of Brown and Mesa Dr. at 8:30 am. From there we will travel together to the registration tent.

The club should arrive at 9:30 am. at the staging area.
Please plan to arrive at 9:30am Upon arrival, travel south on Center Street. EVVP Staff wearing orange and yellow traffic control vests will meet you at the Registration Tent. This is where all vehicles will be checked for registration, title & license along with receiving their staging number, and where the Staff will direct you to your assigned staging location. Please keep moving until you reach your assigned staging location. Once in place, you will be directed regarding your start in the parade.

The weather will be perfect top-down temperature!
